Yoga asanas done with the aide of wall ropes.

Kurunta means puppet or doll made of wood. With the use of wall ropes students are more aware of their own alignment, and it will open up the areas of the body that might be tight and difficult to reach. Many variations of asanas can be done with the ropes from inversions to forward bends, they are also a great way to work with resistance and traction.
